One of the drivers involved in yesterday's collision on the 401 has now been charged with careless driving.
WOODSTOCK - The police have laid charges after an accident yesterday closed the 401 for over nine hours.
The OPP were called to investigate a three vehicle collision on the highway just after 4 a.m. on Thursday, October 20th. The crash involved a transport, a car, and a mini van.
The transport involved flipped over and diesel fuel began to leak onto the westbound lanes of the highway.
All three drivers were taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the transport truck - a 49 year old man from London - has been charged with careless driving.
