According to Recipe Unlimited; the franchisee/owner of the Woodstock East Side Mario's is unable to maintain operations at the Norwich Ave location.
WOODSTOCK - If you're thinking about stopping by the Woodstock East Side Mario's for dinner tonight; you might be out of luck.
The popular has restaurant temporarily closed its doors. They're encouraging patrons to visit their Brantford location for the time being.
Heart FM was able to gather the following statement from Recipe Unlimited:
"The East Side Mario's restaurant on Norwich Avenue in Woodstock will be closed effective today, August 20th. Unfortunately, the franchisee/owner is unable to maintain operations.
We hope to refranchise this location at some point in the near future so we can continue to serve and delight our Woodstock guests with the delicious food at East Side Mario's.
In the meantime, we are working with affected employees to help them find employment in other Recipe Unlimited restaurants in the area."
