Brant County has a number of ways you can get active this winter with their Winter Active calendar.
BRANT COUNTY - Brant County has a number of ways you can get active this winter.
Manager of Recreation Services Stacey Ellins says they have launched Winter Active with a ton of fun things for the whole family.
“We have a lot of fun activities planned for February. Beat the winter blues! Grab your neighbours, family and friends and join us for a great time.”
Check out the Winter Active calendar for free or low cost events. Highlights include:
- Kinderplay, Drop-in Play Time and Pre-School Stick and Puck
- Badminton, Yoga, Zumba and Basketball
- Range of Motion and Cardio Combo for 55 yrs +
- Skates (Tots and Parents, Public and Adults)
The County is also hosting the 4th Annual County of Brant Rec Expo on Saturday February 22nd from 10:00 am to Noon at the Brant Sports Complex. The expo highlights different sports groups, organizations and clubs in the County for all age ranges from toddlers to seniors and everything in between.
