The woman serving a life sentence for killing eight-year-old Tori Stafford has another trial coming up in the fall. Terri-Lynne McClintic be will going on trial on a charge of assault causing bodily harm related to a prison incident. The September 12th hearing is expected to last about six hours. The charge stems from a January incident at the Grand Valley Institution for Women in Kitchener. McClintic admitted during Michael Rafferty's murder trial to kicking and stomping another inmate while she lay in the fetal position.
