South Gate Centre will be hosting an information session about a Men's Shed program in Woodstock on November 23rd.
WOODSTOCK - South Gate Centre is backing a Men's Shed in Woodstock.
Men's Shed is a place men can go to take part in a program or activity, with the goal of helping men avoid isolation. The initiative also works to improve the physical and mental health of men, with activities men actually want to be a part of.
If you are interested in joining, there is an information session on Thursday, November 23rd at 12:00 p.m. hosted at South Gate Centre. The meeting will discuss what should be involved at the Woodstock Men's Shed.
People who want to go to the meeting are asked to call South Gate Centre at 519-539-9817 to sign up.
