More support is coming for people on Methadone. The Ingersoll Nurse Practitioners Clinic is starting up a Methadone Support Group. It will offer a 10-week counselling program to help those fight their addictions, and to share their stories and feelings on Methadone. Community Services Coordinator and Counsellor Lisa Longworth says Methadone treatment is best combined with counselling. The group will meet Tuesdays from 1-3PM.
