Three police forces are working together in a death investigation that started in Woodstock in late September.
WOODSTOCK - Several police organizations are coming together to investigate a death in Woodstock.
Few details are being made available at this time. The initial investigation started in Woodstock on Thursday September 29th. The investigation is in the early stages right now and the police did issue a release saying there is no threat to public safety at this time. Police have identified a suspect.
Criminal Investigators from Woodstock Police, London City Police and the OPP are involved in the multi-jurisdictional death investigation. No victim has been identified at this time. The Province's Major Case Management Coordinator assigned Detective Inspector Hagerman to the investigation which may encompass Woodstock City, London City as well as the Counties of Oxford and Brant.
