Norfolk County OPP and the Haldimand Community Street Crime Team Unit recovered several stolen items, including a stolen car and methamphetamine following a search warrant at a home on Ellis Avenue in Port Rowan.
NORFOLK COUNTY - One woman from Norfolk County is facing 15 charges after OPP and the Haldimand Community Street Crime Team Unit recovered several stolen items.
OPP arrested the 28 year-old on Wednesday after executing a search warrant at a home on Ellis Avenue in Port Rowan.
Police say several thefts from vehicles, break and enters and frauds using stolen debit and credit cards had happened in the area since February. They recovered a stolen car, stolen wallets with identification and methamphetamine.
Amy Jacklyn Sacco is facing the following charges:
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Fail to comply with probation order (4 counts)
- Fraud Under $5,000 (2 counts)
- Possession property obtained by crime under $5,000 (2 counts)
- Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000 (2 counts)
- Use of credit card (3 counts)
- Theft of motor vehicle
The investigation is ongoing and police say they expect to make more arrests. If anyone has more information you're asked to contact Norfolk OPP.
