A 52 year old man from Norfolk County has been charged with assault after allegedly spitting on a bank employee in Simcoe.
SIMCOE - A 52 year old man from Norfolk County has been charged with assault after allegedly spitting on a bank employee in Simcoe.
Police say the man was at the bank on Queensway East on Monday morning when he got into a verbal altercation with an employee. The person then spit on the victim and left the business according to Police.
Officers arrived on scene and arrested the man without incident.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, located in Simcoe at a later date.
