Police are looking into a suspicious act of arson after a number of vehicles were set on fire at two locations in Norwich Township.
NORWICH TOWNSHIP - Oxford OPP are investigating an act of arson after a couple of vehicles were set on fire in Norwich Township.
Police were called to a couple of addresses on Elgin Street West and Washington Street on Tuesday morning.
OPP say that someone had broken into the places during the early morning hours and gained entry into the unlocked vehicles on the two properties. They then preceded to set the vehicles on fire.
All of the vehicles involved sustained significant damage. No injuries were reported as a result of these incidents.
Police are continuing to investigate and is seeking the assistance of the public. If anyone has any information they are being asked to contact the Oxford County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
