UPDATE: The power has been restored. Woodstock Hydro is tending to a connection problem in the south end of Woodstock this hour. They say the majority of the power should be restored in the next 10-minutes. The issue was centered around a connection at Athlone and Mill St. Traffic lights are out in a large area of the south-end, including down Norwich Ave. To make matters worse, there was a collision at Norwich and Parkinson, slowing down traffic to a crawl.
