Premier Doug Ford is expected to announce today that social gatherings will be limited to 10 people indoors and 25 outside for Peel, Toronto and Ottawa as the Province confirms 293 new cases this morning.
ONTARIO - Premier Doug Ford is expected to make an announcement on social gatherings today.
Several media outlets are reporting he is going to limit social gathers to 10 people indoors and 25 outdoors in Peel, Toronto and Ottawa.
The Province meanwhile confirmed 293 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 45,676.
The Province also confirmed 3 new COVID-19 related deaths today and the total sits at 2,825. Meanwhile another 179 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 40,424.
Most of the new cases today are from Toronto, Peel Region, Ottawa, York Region and Durham Region.
We currently have 53 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 21 are in the ICU.
