Anticipation is in the air at London's Court House this morning. Throngs of media, along with family members of Tori Stafford and the legal teams are all waiting on word from the jury on the three charges faced by Michael Rafferty in the abduction, alleged rape and murder of the Woodstock girl. Here are some of the quotes given by those involved this morning: Rodney Stafford: On the deliberations: "Let them take the time that they need...go through the paper work. It sucks, but we`ve been at it for 3-years, what's another couple of days?" On evidence that didn't get released (Rafferty's child porn and rape computer searches): "I'm glad it's out there now, because the general public can see who this man actually was." "There's a lot more of it, ya that I wish the judge would have allowed. But in a sense, the Crown still did their job. Everything is still infront of the jury." Tara McDonald: On when she may speak to the media: "In a couple of days maybe. I have something written. I wanted to thank everybody, all the jury and all the people that have been here for us." On the deliberations: "It's hard, but it's going to be worth it I hope." Defense Lawyer Dirk Derstine: (On Rafferty's computer searches) "It is what it is. There's nothing to interpret. It's been excluded not for any other reason other than the fact that the Crown's office even conceded it was illegally seized from Mr. Rafferty."
