Daylight savings has come to an end, so change those clocks back one hour before bed tonight.
Daylight savings time is coming to an end.
Lots of people will be getting an extra hour of sleep tonight, once the clocks go back one hour at 2am.
While you are running around your house updating all of your clocks, Acting Fire Chief Jeff Slager says it's a great opportunity to check on your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
"Change your clocks, change your batteries, people still think about checking their smoke alarms; add the carbon monoxide alarms into that. It fits perfectly with Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week. Check your alarm, press the test button, make sure that its working and make sure that it's in the appropriate area. If you have questions always give the fire department a call."
It is law that each home must have a working carbon monoxide detector outside of all the sleeping areas in a home, and a smoke alarm on each level.
