INNERKIP - Oxford OPP say they arrested an alleged thief after he returned to the scene of the crime.
Police were called to Blandford Street on Tuesday afternoon in regards to a shoplifting incident. Officers arrested a man from Woodstock when he apparently came back to retrieve some of the stolen property he left behind.
The 43 year old man was charged with one count of theft under $5,000.
