OXFORD COUNTY- Construction season is in full swing in Oxford County and that means road closures.
Right now, Oxford Road 119 or Bell Street is closed between Scourfield Drive and Thames Street North for road improvements. The road will be closed until November 30th. A detour route, including signage will be in place throughout the closure and the road will be open to local traffic.
St. Andrews Road is closed in the City of Woodstock until September 30th because of the watermain installation and road paving.
Another road closure in Blandford-Blenheim is starting next month. Oxford Road 36 between County Road 29 and Township Road 5 will be closed from July 2nd to August 31st for road improvements by Oxford Civil Group of Woodstock. Access for local traffic only and emergency services as needed.
