"I've spent pretty well my whole life here." Donald Millman has been living in Tillsonburg since 1936. At age 81 he has received the town?s Senior of the Year award. The Tillsonburg Shrine Club nominated him after his involvement with them as well as many other areas of the community. "I've been on a couple of committees. The Planning Committee was my most interesting committee, because planning is a great thing, it's a thing that has to be controlled, and a thing that has to be monitored all the time." Members of the Shrine Club were with Don for the award presentation at the Tillsonburg Council meeting Monday night.
