An ORNGE Air Ambulance had to airlift a woman to hospital after two sedans collided in the area of Oxford Road 4 and Township Road 3.
BLANDFORD BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP – A woman driver had to be airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a two vehicle collision in Blanford Blenheim Township.
Oxford OPP say the two sedans collided in the area of Oxford Road 4 and Township Road 3 just before 4 p.m. today.
The woman had to extricated from her vehicle before she was transported to hospital via ORNGE Air Ambulance.
The other adult driver and the adult passengers from both vehicles were transported to local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The collision remains under investigation.
The following road closures are in effect as a result;
- Oxford Road 4 at Township Road 4
- Oxford Road 4 at Oxford Road 35 (Devonshire Ave)
- Oxford Road 4 at Oxford Road 17
- Township Road 3 at Blandford Road
- Lansdowne Ave at Halifax Road.
