The Special Investigations Unit has been called to Ingersoll after a woman was hurt running from police. Oxford OPP say they were called to a King Street address around 10:30 last night, that's when a 49 year old Ingersoll woman jumped from a second story window trying to flee police. The woman was caught a little while later but was taken to hospital with a serious injury she sustained during the fall. The SIU was called since the woman was hurt during a police investigation. No other details have been released at this time.
