OXFORD COUNTY - Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for most of South Western Ontario, including Oxford County.
Snow is expected to move into the area overnight overnight as a low pressure system approaches. Snow will be heavy at times on Saturday morning and afternoon. The snow will transition to rain Saturday evening before changing to light flurries overnight Saturday night. Total snowfall amounts near 15 cm are likely.
Winds gusting up to 50 km/h will create areas of blowing snow giving reduced visibilities, particularly Saturday afternoon.
Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
