The GO-VAXX Bus is about to hit the road once again with stops in Ingersoll, Thamesford, Port Burwell and Straffordville over the next few weeks.
SOUTHWESTERN PUBLIC HEALTH - There will be lots of opportunities to get vaccinated against COVID-19 over the next few weeks.
Southwestern Public Health will be hosting two pop-up clinics. The first one will be at the Edison Museum of Vienna tomorrow from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The second clinic will take over the Rodney Recreation Centre on Friday October 29th from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The GO-VAXX Bus will also be hitting the road with stops in Ingersoll, Thamesford, Port Burwell and Straffordville. You can find the complete bus schedule below:
Thursday October 28th - Ingersoll District Memorial Centre - 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Thursday October 28th - Thamesford District Recreation Centre - 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday November 2nd - Bayham Township Fire Station (Port Burwell) - 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday November 2nd - Straffordville Community Centre - 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Those who are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine will be able to get their first or second dose and they don't need to book an appointment in advance.
Southwestern Public Health also offers it's mass vaccination clinics in Woodstock (Goff Hall) and St. Thomas (Southwestern Public Health office). Both clinics are open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Walk-in appointments are accepted from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
