Two girls are facing break and entering charges after a window was smashed at the Anne Hathaway Public School in Stratford.
STRATFORD - Two girls have been arrested after vandalism at the Anne Hathaway Public School in Stratford.
Police were called to the school on Monday night after a window was smashed at the back of the school. Officers say they found the two girls, who are 13 and 14 years old while doing a perimeter check after responding to the call. Police determined the girls were high on marijuana at the time of the offence.
Nothing was taken from the school and the damage is estimated at $400. The 13 year old female was release and is to appear in court at a future date, while the 14 year old female was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
Both females face charges of Breaking & Entering. The 14 year old is also facing possession of a Controlled Substance and Breaching her Probation charges.
