A 21 year old from Tillsonburg is facing charges after a Norfolk OPP officer says they witnessed an indecent act.
NORFOLK - A Tillsonburg man is facing charges after police say an officer witnessed an indecent act.
On Sunday April 17 around 7:49 p.m. a Norfolk OPP officer travelling in the area of Rokeby Side Road and County Road 30 saw a pickup truck heading northwest. The officer says the passenger in the back of the truck was engaging in an indecent act.
When the vehicle was stopped and investigated police charged a 21 year old man with indecent act and failure to properly wear a seat belt.
The man will appear in a Simcoe Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
