A Woodstock woman and a man from Norfolk have died after a collision at Brantford Road and Teeterville Road in Norfolk County
NORFOLK COUNTY - Two people have died in a crash involving a motorcycle and a pick up truck.
The collision happened around 6:52 p.m. last night. OPP, Norfolk County Fire, and paramedics all attended the scene at Brantford Road and Teeterville Road in Norfolk County.
The motorcyclist was travelling southbound on Brantford Road with other motorcycle drivers while a pick-up truck was travelling westbound on Teeterville Road. The two vehicles collided at the intersection.
Both the motorcycle driver and the passenger in the truck were pronounced deceased at the scene.
The passenger was identified as 74 year old Patricia Menard-Williams of Woodstock
The motorcycle driver was 54 year old Kenneth Haviland of Norfolk County.
The truck driver was an 80 year old man from Woodstock. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing, and charges are pending
