WITAAR sold 102 units in December, bringing the grand total for 2025 to 1,631.
OXFORD - The numbers are in, and the Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg and Area Association of Realtors (WITAAR) sold a grand total of 1,631 units in 2025.
This is only three sales short of the 2024 total.
The real estate board sold 102 units in December alone, six more sales compared to December 2024. President Derrek de Jonge was not surprised by this result.
"December's MLS home sales came in right about where we expect for this time of the year. New listings eased back from the busy fall stretch and active listings stayed higher than we typically see at this time of the year."
The average home sold for $631,596 in December 2025, which was a 7 percent increase compared to the same time the year before.
