Hydro One is responding to several power outages this morning.
WOODSTOCK - Lots of Woodstock residents could be waking up in the dark this morning.
Several power outages have been reported throughout the Friendly City.
As of 5:45 a.m. today, Hydro One said crews had been dispatched, an investigation was underway, and they were hoping to have the power restored by 7:15 a.m.. The cause had not been determined.

Drivers out there are being reminded to pack their patience this morning. If you come across a traffic light that's not working, make sure you treat it as all-way stop.
