The funds raised during the run will be going back to support the Woodstock Hospital.
WOODSTOCK - If you want to register for the Dairy Capital Run, you had better hurry - they are 50 percent booked!
Senior Development Officer Jocelyn Jenner says they have a race for all ability levels.
"So we have a 20k, and 10k, a 5k, a 2k, and we have a Little Hoofers. The 20k are starting at 8 o'clock this year."
The funds raised during this run will be going back to support the Woodstock Hospital.
"So all of our funds raised this year are going to support our Maternal Child Unit and we're going to be purchasing some new bassinets," Jenner says.
Although they are already 50% booked, as long as there are still spots available you can register on the day of.
"Registration opens at 7 so anybody is welcome to come in and pick up their bib or register if they haven't done so beforehand," Jenner says. "So they can register right now at DairyCapitalRun.ca or they can call the foundation office at 519-421-4226"
The Dairy Capital Run is on Sunday, May 29th. The first race starts at 8 a.m. when the 20k runners take off.
