An 80 year old man from Woodstock has been charged following a fatal crash in Norfolk County.
NORFOLK COUNTY - An 80 year old man from Woodstock has been charged following a fatal crash in Norfolk County.
Two people died after a crash on Brantford road back on August 6th in Norfolk County. An investigation determined the motorcyclist was heading southbound on Brantford Road with other motorcycles when they collided with a pick up truck heading Westbound. The driver of the motorcycle and the passenger in the truck both died in the crash. They are 54 year old Kenneth Haviland of Norfolk and 74 year old Patricia Menard Williams of Woodstock.
After an investigation police have charged the 80 year old driver of the truck with fail to yield to traffic.
