Crime Prevention Week started yesterday and ends on Saturday.
WOODSTOCK - It's Crime Prevention Week in Ontario.
In a post on Facebook yesterday, the Woodstock Police Service stated that this is a great opportunity for people to consider what they can do to prevent criminal activities from happening around them.
It also said most crimes are preventable and people deserve to live and work in a safe and healthy environment.
Crime Prevention Week is supported by the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police, the Ministry of the Solicitor General, and police services across the province.
