The number of cases now brings the provincial total to 37,440. 5,547 of the cases reported are from residents living in long-term care homes.
There were 2 deaths reported today with 33,294 cases resolved. The provincial death toll now stands at 2,748 and 1,732 of those deaths reported are from residents living in long-term care homes, while eight of the cases reported are from healthcare workers in long-term care homes.
To date, 1,839,332 tests have been completed and 24,551 cases are currently under investigation.
105 people are in hospital right now with the virus, 33 of the patients are in ICU and 22 of them are in ICU on a ventilator.
