A 24-year-old from Tillsonburg collided with a guardrail in the Municipality of Bayham and got charged with Operation while impaired among other charges.
BAYHAM - The Elgin County OPP has charged a 24-year-old from Tillsonburg after a guardrail collision.
The police responded to a an incidient involving a motorcycle and a guardrail at around 7:15 last night on Plank Road near Edison Drive in the Municipality of Bayham.
The driver was delivered to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result the 24-year-old was charged with Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, Operation while impaired - blood alcohol conentration (80 plus), Careless driving, Drive motor vehicle - improper licence, Drive motor vehicle - no plates, Operate a motor vehicle without insurance.
