The tribute band will be performing several hits from the legendary group in the Friendly City.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Old St. Paul Anglican Church is the place to be for ABBA fans.
The tribute band will be performing several hits from the legendary group.
Warden of the Church, Bill Green says that the funds collected will go towards the church.
"It's a fundraiser for the church and then we are hosting a wine and cheese reception afterwards, with donations going to The Inn and homeless shelter here at the church."
The band is a part of Celebrity Productions, who has featured other tribute bands and performed in Atlantic City.
Green also said the church has had success with past concerts as well.
"We contacted a group called Celebrity Production's and they have a tribute band. We've had a couple of their performances before, the British Invasion and The Hit of the Blitz. They've been well received"
The concert will be on January 20th from 2:00 to 3:00pm. Tickets are $15.00 and food and refreshments will be available at the event.
You can call 519-537-3912 to purchase tickets or they can bought at the Merrifield's Book Store.
