Alexandra Hospital Receives Accreditation with Commendation Award

Accreditation Canada has awarded Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll an Accreditation with Commendation award.

INGERSOLL - Accreditation Canada has awarded Alexandra Hospital in Ingersoll an Accreditation with Commendation award.  

The award shows that the hospital surpasses the fundamental requirements of the accreditation program. 

During the organization’s visit in January, Accreditation Canada praised AHI for spearheading the new Qmentum Global Program. They also credited the hospital for providing staff and patients with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, noting a sense of pride by its staff as they toured the hospital. 

Nadia Facca, President and Chief Executive Officer at AHI stated that being accredited the award was a team effort.  

"I am so excited about our successes during this recent Accreditation Canada survey! Thank you to all of our team members for their commitment to quality and safety." 

AHI says they plan to continue to exceed Accreditation standards where possible and maintain the standards that their staff and patients have grown custom to.
