It's harvest season for marijuana grow ops and the OPP have been busy busting several large scale operations in the region.
OXFORD COUNTY - Oxford OPP busted up another illegal cannibis operation recently.
This one was located at an address on the 15th line in Zorra Township. Police also recently made a bust where they seized nearly $2 million in illegal cannabis in Blandford-Blenheim recently and they stopped a car with close to 100 pounds of illegal marijuana two days ago.
Police seized over 600 plants last week. The estimated value of the plants is $750,000.
The following have been charged with Cultivate, Propagate or Harvest Any Cannabis Plant at a Place that is Not Their Dwelling:
- Su GNOV, 66-years-old of London
- Than NGUYEN, 65-years-old of London
- Van Dung NGUYEN, 76-years-old of London
- Quoc Hung PHAM, 59-years-old of London
- Tuat PHAM, 60-years-old of London
