Armed Robbery at Thamesford Convenience Store

No one was hurt during an armed robbery at the Mac's Milk in Thamesford.

THAMESFORD - The Oxford OPP are continuing their investigation into an armed robbery in Thamesford.

Early yesterday morning, shortly before 5:45 a.m, a man entered the Mac's Milk convenience store on Road 68 and threatened the woman working with a handgun while demanding cash.

After getting the money the man climbed into a vehicle and fled the scene.

Thankfully the employee was not hurt.

3 have been charged following the robbery in Thamesford the charges are as follows: 

17-years-of-age, male, youth from London who cannot be named;

  • Robbery - Using a Firearm (CCC)

  • Disguise With Intent (CCC)

  • Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence (CCC)

  • Pointing a Firearm (CCC)

  • Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose (CCC)

  • Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Probation Order (2 counts) (YCJA)

  • Fail to Comply with Sentence (4 counts) (YCJA)

Susan WRIGHT, 63-years-of-age, female from East York (Greater Toronto Area);

  • Robbery – Using a Firearm (CCC)

  • Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence (CCC)

Jonathan LANDRY, 18-years-of-age, male from East York (Greater Toronto Area);

  • Robbery – Using a Firearm (CCC)

  • Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence (CCC)

  • Fail to Comply with Sentence (YCJA)

The robbery continues to be under investigation by Oxford OPP
