Two Arrested Following Brant Break-and-Enter Investigation

The Oxford County Community Street Crime Unit supported the investigation.

BRANTFORD Two Brantford men are facing several charges following an ongoing break-and-enter investigation in Brant County.

Members of the Brant County OPP Community Street Crime Unit, with support from the Oxford County Community Street Crime Unit and Brant County frontline officers, executed a Criminal Code search warrant at a residence on McClaren Avenue in Brantford.

Police say two individuals identified as primary suspects in the investigation were located inside the home and arrested without incident.

The 2 individuals are each facing multiple charges, including three counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, two counts of trafficking in property obtained by crime, and possession of methamphetamine.

Both accused were held in custody for a bail hearing.
