Oxford County based charities have until October 2nd to apply for funding through the Oxford Community Foundation.
OXFORD - The Oxford Community Foundation is now accepting applications for its Community Grants Program.
It has $83,400 to distribute to Oxford County based charities that support a wide range of initiatives. They include education, environment, heritage, social services, arts and culture, sports and recreation, and health and wellness.
Local groups have until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2nd to apply through the foundation's website online here.
All of the applications will be reviewed by a special committee before the funds are distributed.
