Oxford OPP say they've made two arrests in connection with a break and enter at the Lafarge Cement Plant. Several thousand dollars worth of copper wire and industrial equipment went missing from the site earlier this year. Police say the thefts occurred between April and June. OPP say they've arrested and charged two Woodstock men, 32-year-old Jody Whitehead, and 29-year-old Edward Hague with break and enter, and possession of property obtained by crime.
