Police say someone was assaulted on Herbert Ave Tuesday evening.
DELHI - Minor injuries have been reported after Norfolk OPP officers responded to an assault in Delhi.
Officers were called out to Herbert Ave at around 8:40 p.m. on Tuesday. There was an interaction between two people and police say a third person was assaulted when they got involved.
A 29-year-old has been charged with assault causing bodily harm and they have a court date in Simcoe next month.
