A 27-year-old Oxford County man is facing numerous charges in Norfolk. Police arrested James Stickles at around 2AM Sunday, after he was stopped for riding an ATV on James St. in Delhi. He faces charges of: Fail to Provide Breath Sample Unlawfully Drive Off Road Vehicle on Roadway Driving while Under Suspension Drive Off Road Vehicle ? No Insurance Off Road Vehicle ? No Number Plate He'll also have to attend court in Simcoe to answer to the charges.
