Woodstock Police are searching for three suspects after a bank robbery at the Scotiabank on Springbank Ave this afternoon.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police are searching for three suspects after a bank robbery today at the Scotiabank on Springbank Ave.
Constable Angela Wilson says two men entered the bank with a handgun this afternoon.
"Two male suspects entered the Scotiabank at 385 Springbank North. One of the males produced a black handgun and demanded cash, the second suspect kept watch while the robbery occurred. Both suspects left the bank with an unknown amount of cash, they then met a third party in a black four door Honda."
Police do not have a description of the suspects at this time. The only information they have right now is that the man holding the gun is described as non white and the Honda was older model. The bank and the surrounding area is closed while police continue the investigation. Nobody was injured.
