Ingersoll's Mayor and Deputy Mayor are on a plane headed for Belgium.
INGERSOLL - Representatives from the Town of Ingersoll have been in Belgium for the day, speaking speak with executives from Carmeuse Group at their Corporate Headquarters.
Mayor Ted Comiskey as well as Deputy Mayor Fred Freeman made a presentation to Carmeuse President and Chief Executive Officer Rodolphe Collinet as well as local media outlets.
Late last month, Comiskey told Heart FM News he was going to Belgium to try and get the executives at Carmeuse to understand Ingersoll's concerns about the partnership with Walker Environmental and why they believe it should be abandoned.
