WOODSTOCK - Another trial date has been set for former Woodstock Mayor Trevor Birtch.
A 4-day trial has been scheduled to begin on September 3rd 2024.
According to the Woodstock Sentinel Review, this will focus the three counts of sexual assault he was charged with last April.
A four-day judge alone trial for the charges laid against him last February will begin on May 27th of next year.
He's facing one count of assault and two counts of sexual assault in that case.
