Council and staff will be on hand for a public meeting about the future of Blandford-Blenheim.
PLATTSVILLE - Blandford-Blenheim Township is hosting a general public meeting in Plattsville.
They will have staff and council on hand to answer any questions and are hoping to get some feedback from residents about the direction of the Township. CAO Roger Mordue tells Heart FM the proposed Skate Park in Plattsville will be one of the major items on the agenda.
"The goal is to get public input on initiatives that the township is planning for the upcoming season. This year we are looking at putting a skate park in Plattsville and we want to get the public's input on what that should look like and what kind of features that should involve. It's a great way to get out to the public and deliver a message on what we are doing and get some feedback. The public will have opportunity to question council and staff on what's going on and bring up any concerns they may have."
The meeting will run from 7-9 p.m. at the Plattsville arena on Tuesday April 4th.
