The two men accused of first-degree murder in the death of Tim Bosma, are due back in court today. 27 year-old Dellen Millard and 25 year-old Mark Smich were charged in May after Bosma went missing when he took the two men for a test drive in the truck he was trying to sell online. Bosma's burnt remains were discovered on a farm, allegedly owned by Millard near Ayr. The case was put over in June when the lawyers for the accused requested more time to prepare their case.
