Highway 403 has been re-opened. The man was transported to a nearby hospital where he was subsequently taken by Ornge Air to another hospital out of town with life threatening injuries.
BRANT COUNTY - Brant County OPP are investigating a collision involving a man and a tractor trailer on Highway 403.
Police say a man was struck by a tractor trailer that was traveling westbound on Highway 403, just west of Wayne Gretzky Parkway.
Highway 403 has been re-opened and the man was transported to a nearby hospital where he was subsequently taken by Ornge Air to another hospital out of town with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the tractor trailer has remained on scene and is co-operating with police. OPP Traffic Collision Investigators are assisting with the investigation.
