The Tavistock Braves will be back on the ice this afternoon when they host the Glanbrook Rangers in Game 3 of the Schmalz Cup Quarter Final Series.
TAVISTOCK - The Tavistock Braves need a win against the Glanbrook Rangers this afternoon in Game 3 of the Schmalz Cup Quarter Final Series. Currently the Braves are down 2 - 0.
General Manager Jordan Zehr says they have the advantage on home ice this afternoon and are still hoping for a win after another loss on Thursday.
"It's defiantly a game to put behind us. We still feel confident that if we play our game good things will happen."
Zehr says they have some competition playing the Rangers.
"They have quite a few highly skilled players but they also like to work hard too so we have to match that intensity with our own."
Zehr adds that he thinks the home town fans will help get the boys in a good mind set this afternoon at 1:30pm in Tavistock.
