No love lost for a suspect who kicked their way into a home in Zorra Township, on Valentine's Day.
It's just the latest in a series of break & enters in Zorra Township.
Sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m on Friday, a suspect kicked in the side door of a home on the 31st Line between Road 96 and Perth-Oxford Road.
The home was ransacked, and the culprits made off with electronics, silverware and jewellery worth $30,000.
Police say a suspicious vehicle was confronted at 9:30 that morning at a neighbouring residence on the 31st Line.
The vehicle was described as:
- Silver Dodge quad cab, 4x4 pickup truck
- Windows having very dark tint
- License plate appeared to be purposely obstructed
There were two male occupants observed in the vehicle and the following descriptors were provided:
Driver was described as:
- Black hair, clean cut
- Thick black eye brows
- Olive coloured skin
- Approximate age of late 20’s or early 30’s
Passenger was described as:
- Dark hair
