Norfolk County OPP are investigating a crash between a bus and a vehicle resulting in a fatality.
SIMCOE - Norfolk County OPP are investigating a crash involving a car and a bus.
Yesterday at around 5pm, Norfolk Fire and Paramedics responded to a collision at a Windham Road 12, Simcoe address.
Both vehicles had caught fire due to the collision. The driver of the car was removed by an attending officer along with an off-duty officer and pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the bus along with several passengers did not suffer any injuries.
UPDATE: July 16th - The driver that lost their life in the crash has been identified as 81-year-old Hugh Elliott of Norfolk County.
