Slick roads have caused school buses to be cancelled this morning.
OXFORD COUNTY - Due to icy road conditions, all Thames Valley District School Board school transportation is cancelled for the day in Middlesex, Elgin, Oxford, London including Red Zone.
All French Catholic school buses are cancelled for the day as well.
Woodstock Christian has cancelled the morning bus run, the school is open so parents may take kids to school if they feel it is safe to do so. Temperatures are expected to rise, so the school will announce later today if the afternoon bus run will happen.
Untreated roads may be very slick this morning so give yourself some extra time to get to your destination.
OPP reported a number of collisions in and around Oxford County over the past 24 hours. Drivers are encouraged to slow down and give extra space on the roads to prevent collisions.
